Do you mean Quick Access ToolBar customization?

Customizing the commands present in the tab, similar to the one in Office 2010. you can select which commands to be under what tabs etc..

Hmm. A new unique feature of Office 2010 is customization of the Ribbon. Customization gives an ability to add, remove and relocate groups, tabs, buttons and other elemennts within an application. To launch this dialog, you can either right click on Ribbon and click “Customize the Ribbon”, or enter through “Options” on File tab. This is what do you mean?

Well, now we have two properties of Ribbon:

CanCustomizeQuickAccessToolbar
CanCustomizeRibbon

Today, These properties add two additional context menu items.
We are investigating how to provide that customization functionality.

If you (or somebody else) has any ideas you are welcome!
