RibbonTabItem issues

May 7, 2010 at 9:43 AM

I have an WPF application. In it I am using a Fluent Ribbon. I put it in the application's main window, and just load in it new RibbonItemTabs when it is neccessary. The problem is that the RibbonTabItem is loaded but it header don, appear. How can I solve this issue?

Code looks somthing like this:

<Fluent:RibbonTabItem x:Class="POC.FirstRibbonTab"
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
xmlns:Fluent="clr-namespace:Fluent;assembly=Fluent"
Header="First Tab">
<Fluent:RibbonGroupBox Header="Upload">
<Fluent:Button Text="Upload" />
<Fluent:Button Text="UploadHoldings" />
<Fluent:Button Text="UploadTopline" />
</Fluent:RibbonGroupBox>

<Fluent:RibbonGroupBox Header="PortfolioManagement">
<Fluent:Button ToolTip="Delete" Text="Delete" />
</Fluent:RibbonGroupBox>
</Fluent:RibbonTabItem>

And have our Ribbon set like this in our ribbon window:

<Fluent:Ribbon>
<Local:FirstRibbonTab />
<Local:SecondRibbonTab />
<Local:ThirdRibbonTab />
</Fluent:Ribbon>

- The tab contents seem present but not the tab headers. We can see the first tab. When setting a width to each tab item, in design mode, we can see that there is something recognize. But not header is drawn. Therefore, at runtime we cannot switch tabs.
