We were using Fluent 1.3 control and have now upgraded to Fluent Ribbon control 2.0. We observed that in V2.0 the Ribbon button icons are getting resized and icons are getting distorted. We tried applying icons with icon size 48 x 48, 32 x 32 and also 16 X 16, but still the images are getting distorted. We tried applying the icon in the sample application also,but still are getting the same results. Following is the code we are using.

               <Fluent:RibbonGroupBox Header="Tasks" Name="rbgrpTask">
                     <Fluent:Button Name="btnPrint" SizeDefinition="Large, Large, Large" Header="Print" LargeIcon="/SODS;component/Icons/Print3.png" Click="btnPrint_Click"  />

                </Fluent:RibbonGroupBox>

Please let us know is there any property we need to set.

There isn't a property you can set. WPF is natively DPI agnostic, but defaults to 96DPI. I found this one out the hard way myself, see my post below this one. Basically wait until they get it fixed and it'll correct itself, or set ALL your icons to 96DPI (Modify->Image Size->Resolution in Adobe Fireworks).

Please note if you use Fireworks to change the DPI of your image Fireworks could blow up the file size from 1.5kb to 50.0kb. I find out that Fireworks puts in many unnessesary chunks in the outputfile.

To fix that you can use the File->Image Preview->Export command, or alternatively you can setup a batch script and have it do all those steps at once. Will post detailed instructions if requested.
