How to use Application Menu

There does not exist a single sample showing how to use the Application Menu in Fluent. (All samples instead show the Backstage View.)

What controls make up the menu on the left side? I saw "ApplicationMenuItem" mentioned somewhere, but I cannot find that control.

I'm not sure if this is the control you mean, but I use
<fluent:Ribbon.Menue>
    <fluent:Backstage>
        <fluent:BackstageTabControl>
            <fluent:BackstageTabItem Header="Left Side Header">
                <Content />
            </fluentBackstageTabItem>
        </fluent:BackstageTabControl>
    </fluent:Backstage>
</fluent:Menue>
Adding this in the Ribbon sets in the Menu an entry on the left side with the Title "Left Side Header".
I hope this it what you searched.

Hi LokiMidgard
Thanks for your reply
I not mean this item actually.But I think your solution is some way meaningful. I found a solution that follows
<Fluent:Ribbon.Menu>
    <Fluent:ApplicationMenu Header="Home">
    <Fluent:MenuItem Header="Home Menu 1"
    Icon="/packagename;component/Images/homemenu1.png" />
    <Fluent:MenuItem Header="Home Menu 2"
    Icon="/packagename;component/Images/homemenu2.png" />
    </Fluent:ApplicationMenu>
    </Fluent:Ribbon.Menu>
It is actually very simple.I got it from this Link
