Don't display title above ribbon

Oct 15, 2013 at 5:50 PM

I don't want to / I can't use the RibbonWindow class. I just want to add FLuent Ribbons to my application.
Unfortunately there's the application title above the ribbon and I don't know how to remove it.
I hope you can help me.

RibbonAttachedProperties.TitleBarHeight = 0
on the window itself should do the trick.

With Catel it would look like this, right?
  fluent:RibbonAttachedProperties.TitleBarHeight = 0

I never used Catel, so i think you have to try it out.

I tried setting RibbonAttachedProperties.TitleBarHeight = 0. But XAML complains as RibbonAttachedProperties not been recoginsed. Are there any references that I am missing? I am trying to apply this on WPF Window. Also tried applying this property on other places like Ribbon iteself, but no luck

I also tried changing the style but without success:
                <Style TargetType="{x:Type fluent:RibbonTitleBar}">
                    <Setter Property="Visibility" Value="Hidden"></Setter>

                <Style TargetType="{x:Type fluent:QuickAccessToolBar}">
                    <Setter Property="Visibility" Value="Hidden"></Setter>

                <Style TargetType="{x:Type fluent:QuickAccessMenuItem}">
                    <Setter Property="Visibility" Value="Hidden"></Setter>
Please help if you can

Thank you very much.

RibbonAttachedProperties should be available if you use the source version and not the downloadable binaries.

You have to overwrite the appropiate resource keys.
Those are:
x:Key="{x:Type Fluent:QuickAccessMenuItem}"
