attach a ResourceDictionary with styles?

I followed the walk through. When I start my application I see nothing but a blank window with "Please, attach a ResourceDictionary with styles." I dont see any resource files that come with the package...

In my App.xaml, I did remember to put:

 

    <Application.Resources>
        <!--Attach Default Fluent Control's Theme-->
        <ResourceDictionary Source="pack://application:,,,/Fluent;Component/Themes/Office2010/Silver.xaml" />
    </Application.Resources>


The ribbon works fine in the designer - this only happens at run time...

Any ideas?

Looks like something wrong in the project. Could you send me the sources to check it? (davinci {at} mail.ru)?

I got same problem, and I found the solution.

It's because when the application is not starting through a window in StartupUri, but a static main function, and the application resource is not correctly loaded.

to solve the problem, user have to initialize the resource manually before loading the window:
