Fluent TexTbox and TwoLineLabel alignment in a row

Can some one tell me how to properly align a textbox in the center of the ribbon, and then put a label below it or centered to the left. These controls when verticalalignment="center" always aligns to the top, and then adding additional controls seems to stack them. I haven't noticed this with buttons probably because they fill the height area so don't allow anything above or below them. Trying to make a simple ribbon look good with say button label and textbox all centered in a row. I can put the label on top of textbox but this was not what I originally trying to do.
